Being that I opted for the GTS package in Chalk and my GT Steering wheel came with Black stitching I wish I chose the Steering wheel column in leather.

It is quite ridiculous how the Bose system isn’t standard, because it’s standard at best.

So true-

Plus- every time I start the car I have to readjust the Bass and Treble as well as checking the surround sound box. Any way for it to remember my selections??

While I love how I spec'ed my 22 Targa 4, here are a few things I might have considered:
  1. PCCB's, priced well even though expensive, and are befitting of a 150k sports car
  2. leather inlays in seat backs, with either leather or painted centers.
  3. I have sports-tex, and love it. But I might have splurged for extended leather on upper dash
  4. I don't need a heated steering wheel in SoCal often, but the price jump from regular GT wheel (which I have) is minimal.
  5. Bose is excellent. But I would have gotten Bumester if it was a bit less of a price bump.
But all of those would have added 20k to the car. I'm not sure pushing a 150k car to 170k makes a lot of sense.

Once my free Sirius subscription expired I used Apple Car Play and surprisingly the sound is much improved.

Really wish I had upgraded to 14 way seats with memory package. 4 ways are very comfortable but I didn’t think passengers would have so much trouble trying to figure out how to manually move the seat up and back. And if my wife or son drive it takes a while to figure out exactly where I had the perfect seat location. But my mistake and not a worry in the grand scheme of things.

Are you sure you're not picking up a stray profile when you start the car? In my experience those settings are set and forget.

I feel you - I thought I was being smart by exiting sideways at a market in Cardiff and ended up scraping not the bottom, but the side of my front bumper.

Sirius sound quality is complete garbage on most stations. Some stations are favored, most are compressed beyond all reasonable potential for sound quality.

Apple Music, Spotify, etc are far better sound quality, even in their standard, non lossless options. Night and day.

Seaside market? Looks like we're neighbors. I initially thought FAL was a total splurge but I can't tell you how comforting it is to lift the front and just drive through an entire questionable section without thinking twice.

No one has said they regretted not getting the puddle projectors.

When I fist saw my car I saw this thread and would have replied ZERO . Today I took notice of two small details . 1) Race Tex roof liner is one of them . It was standard on my last GTS . I even have it on my Macan Turbo. 2) Leather sun visors - They are cheap leatherette . They also have that hideous warning ingrained into them . Any solutions to get it off ?

I forgot how impressive carbon fiber illuminated sill plates are, and for just over $1,000 I think they're well worth it. As far as puddle projectors go, they came on my Range Rover, I purchased the vehicle sight unseen. When people first see it, they're quite impressed, however when its just me, sometimes I feel they're a little tacky.

"Hideous warning" made me lol. Thank the NHTSA, and more specifically, the overly litigious society we have here in the states.

The solution is to buy new full leather visors - easily sourced from Suncoast new at a fairly exorbitant price, or if you get lucky, maybe you can find on ebay from someone parting out a wreck.

EDIT: this guy had his visors custom done with leather - looks pretty great and is a good option:
