Greetings all. Getting ready to submit this deal to my dealer and would like some thoughts/inputs. This will be my first custom ordered 911. http://www.porsche-code.com/PNT5VN92
Two points, one is subjective, the other less so. First, the guards red seat belts clash with the interior and don't tie in to any part of the exterior. To me, they're the only thing that is glaringly bad looking about your build. Second is the LED-matrix design headlights. My understanding is this is a gigantic waste of money. Now, if you're on the Colorado backroads every night, then maybe they'll provide some marginal benefit to avoiding ramming into an elk, but otherwise more informed folks than myself seem to suggest against this option, and you can save yourself the $2700.
No to the seat belts. Matrix headlights represent a gamble. The full capability is now approved, but will Porsche enable that feature through reprogramming?

Congratulations on a beautiful build. Thing is, with these forums, you'll find as many voices praising your build, as you will find opinions opposing it - I'd take the comments for what they are: well meaning, well intentioned and in the spirit of forum participation. - but ultimately, the only point of view that matters is your own.

You may want to consider black trim around window.

He's absolutely correct. You will find just as many people willing to help you as well as those confirming your lack of taste. But it's your $140+k. And your car.

commenter appears to confuse night vision assist and matrix headlights, or doesn’t understand the basic functionality of the two options.
I have Matrix headlights (and NVA) on my 992tts and -whether or not activated- matrix lighting is essentially irrelevant for driving in backwoods/low traffic-volume environments.
1. When I see PASM Sport and stuff blacked out, I start to think "Hmmm, maybe a GTS would be better" - but not sure what allocations your dealer has.
2. Don't forget, the seat belts have a very different look when you are in them and driving around. I saw a post somewhere here where someone said "don't forget, you will look kind of dorky when driving around with colored belts" - I think they had a picture and it was scary

Too many colors !! Gloss black wheels can chip with a pebble;. The configurator doesn't properly depict the satin black . I'd get the c;aipers in gloss black with shark . That two tone works with a gentian cab or something luxury but shark is the promo of the Gt3 . Its like a Turbo interior on a motorsport car. You wanted red . I kept it for you adding sport chrono . Personally I would ditch both. I sport tex and gt steering wheel . I put carbon fiber. gave you 18 way . .http://www.porsche-code.com/PNYSEBG4
I can see others point about the red belts being a bit out of place, but if you like them, then keep them, obviously. They do have some tie-in to the exterior accents (brakes).
That said, I'd consider removing the clear taillights. The standard red tails would go nicely with your red brakes and the red rear reflectors. I have the clear tails on my car and I think it really works best with the optional black brakes (and smoked/tinted rear reflectors to get rid of all of the red on the exterior).
