I'm located in Maryland in the DC metro area and these are my findings based on my last convos with them for a 992 C2GTS
Porsche Bethesda: They did not take deposits to be on the wait list. MSRP or pay $20k ADM to skip the line. They came through with an allocation for me last week at MSRP. (This was early Nov '21)
Porsche Annapolis: Asked for $2.5k deposit to be put on the wait list. MSRP and no ADM. (This was late Oct '21)
Porsche Owings Mills: Initially asked for $2.5k deposit to be put on the wait list at MSRP. A week after they asked for $2.5k deposit with a $2.5k ADM. (This was early Dec '21)
Porsche Silver Spring: The wait list was too long for me to really consider -- SA seem like he didn't have anything available to work with me. (This was late Oct '21)
Porsche Towson: First SA jot my info down to be put on the wait list but he never followed through. Second SA asked for $2.5k deposit to be put on the wait list. Convo ended there as they sounded like they didn't want my business. (Late Nov '21 first time. Second time was early Jan '22)

Reason: added timeline
Anyone aware of any East Coast Porsche Dealer selling cars at MSRP? I am on Long Island in New York and curious if anyone has had any luck.
I live in Maryland. I used Porsche of Towson. I ordered my 2022 TTS back in July 2021. I just picked up my car this past Saturday. RJ was my sales person and there was no ADM.

Was your TTS the Shark Blue one on the floor? It was my first time seeing SB in person and solidified my color choice!
Try porsche of the main line in PA. They have always been MSRP. I live in dmv. Interesting analysis. Did anyone try nova dealers porsche Tysons Arlington or Chantilly.

Chantilly told me they won't sell out of state. Tysons basically said they are full up. Arlington wasn't that enthusiastic and has long lists for most variants. I got on the list but am not optimistic. I tried main line through an SA that sold 2 cars to a friend and he wouldn't even respond.
Both Hartford (small) area dealers (not far at all from you) quote at MSRP and mine has vocalized personally to me many times that they do/will not charge over MSRP but then again, I cant really test them since they have no cars to sell.
Ive had my small deposit in going on 8 months now with no allocation.
I work with a very reputable dealer in Denver and they typically do not charge ADMs and do not move that much inventory but recently I heard that they are charging $6k ADM on non TTS / non GT3 trims. I thought that was fairly respectable. To me it says we understand the current market but won't kill customers over it. Long time customers may be able to get out of it or cut it by half.
Was on list at Huntington Porsche since early Sept 2021. No deposit required. Checked in end of December and SA said they were disappointed they did not get enough allocations. He said you are next up for base car, hoping for allocation for me in March 2022 but, no guarantees. Surprisingly got call last week. They had an allocation for base car. Took it right away. They kept there word car was written up at MSRP. He did mention they are starting to go over MSRP but, told the GM we had a deal and I was local buyer with other Porsche's. Dealer was pleasure to do business with. If you would like I can PM my SA to you.
