The best is probably J&B Body Works in Mount Vernon (jbbodyworks.com).

North State Custom in Bedford Hills, N.Y. I have been using this shop for over 25 years…their work is flawless. Tel: 914-241-1234, ask for Frank, tell him Rich sent you….you will not be disappointed!

This is good information, but does anyone have a recommendation actually in the city?

I don't need anything right now, but I've struggled to find somewhere I'm totally happy with and getting my car to and from the suburbs for work to be done is difficult logistically.

Call Cesare at Finish line collision in Mineola. Great Porsche guy and a very high end body shop. They have a flat bed and will pick your car up

Good - glad to hear it is only minor / surface stuff. If you don't need paintwork a good detailer may meet your needs.
