That is true, it does not change how good it drives .

But having had coded the adaptive headlights myself on my 2015 M4 and 2019 M4cs allowed me to really appreciate the feature, I was just quite pleased Porsche offered it from the factory in Canada.

Regarding the matrix headlights, can current owners comment on the dynamic functionality? For example, I feel my 991 had more dynamic turning functionality than my current 992 GT3. They just don't seem to pivot as much in corners. Anybody have thoughts on this? Thank you.

Wow, your already have your 992 GT3. Must be one of the first as Porsche web site says “sometime in the Fall 2021”, and I know m,y dealership said they won;’t have any until Spring 2022. Congrats. If I were to upgrade my 992S, it would be to the GT3, NOT the GTS. Again, congrats on having a very special Porsche.

Nothing to be modest about. The GT3 is a beast (or so I’ve read). I’m envious. Trying to tame the beast will be fun!

@LexVan you may have seen my other post but my (US/non-activated) matrix lights do no, or imperceptible, pivoting in corners.

Thank you. I agree with your assessment. My 991.1 C2S with LED headlights pivoted noticeably more.

I examined the Matrix headlight movement of a 2021 C4S in my scientific laboratory, the garage wall.
My calculations estimate a 5-7 degree low beam and high beam movement between full locks.
Nearly imperceptable.
Be aware I wore a bath robe rather than a lab coat.

Maybe they use the VW logic; our ‘14 Beetle has corner lights that are fixed but only light up when you turn the wheel. I’m only 1/2 joking; perhaps the idea with matrix lights - when working as designed - is that certain elements only light with lock applied?
