992 C4S Trickle charging thru cigarette lighter
Hi everybody, I got a 2020 992 C4S that I'm not driving much. Bought this trickle charger on
, and wanted to save the battery. The C4S seems to have a Lithium-ion battery so I set the mode there. The battery is still very low at 11.5 after 1 day of charging. Is charging through the cigarette lighter pretty tricky?

Here are a couple of threads on this. There seem to be differing opinions about the effectiveness of using the cigarette plug as that can shut itself down after a certain amount of time which results in no charging.
Also, you should look closely at your battery as you may not have a lithium battery. All of the braces are the same and give the impression the battery is lithium when many are not.
