Default Best source for 992 detailed technology explanation?

I have an order in for a 992 Targa, and as I wait (probably 18 months), I would like to learn as much as possible about the detailed description of various technologies used in the 992.

I think the Porsche press sight is pretty good but am wondering if anyone has something more detailed and comprehensive.

You can get an app "Good to Know" which is a electronic owners manual: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/porsch...ow/id578575559
Porsche also has digital owners manuals on their web site. https://www.porsche.com/usa/accessor...tion/imanuals/
Last, you can invest in an owners manual (Suncoast Porsche) which is pretty detailed in the car's features: https://www.suncoastporsche.com/suncoast-parts.htm

I believe I got these from the press site so they may not have the detail you are looking for. I have referred to them several times when I had questions about the car.

Thinking about your 18 month wait, you may want to consider some Porsche books. Some explore the 992, but if you haven't read these classics they will give you an appreciation for the foundation under what is coming your way.

This one touches on the 992 and it really helped me get through my car's gestation.

I don't think this one covers the 992, but it is rich in technical detail on 911s up to and including the 991 as I recall.

Along these lines, consider Pete Stout's 000 Magazine.

Those are great resources! I found something similar that sold me on the advanced functions of the Matrix LED headlights, and headlight marking of pedestrians in the Night Vision detector. I was very disappointed when the functions did not operate as described. (no high-beam notching, no spot-beam marking of pedestrians in night vision) Caveat Emptor! those functions are disabled in all cars delivered to USA.)
