57.....First Porsche 911, dream come true. Could have own one earlier if the price here in Taiwan is more reasonable.....!!
Base Carrera price starts from USD:207,500
2 P-cars for me. Pre-traded the 4 for the 3. The plan is to keep the GT3 until either I or the car can’t drive anymore. I hope I can be like some of the other members here in my 70’s & 80’s one day still running strong and posting on Rennlist!!!
My first 911 (996 C4S MT) 10 years ago at 40 (which also was my first ever own owed car).
Now I'm 50, on my 5th 911 (992 CS PDK) and never owned anything other than 911's (and will keep it like this until the day i die).
46 and my '21 TTS is my first Porsche. Was planning to get a Ferrari 488 at 40 but child number 3 came along. He's our baby boy and I wanted to be able to take him out in my sports car so started looking at 911s. When I first saw pictures of the 992 turbos my mind was made up.
59. First Porsche. 2022 Targa 4. It's my daily driver. I've had it since first of the year. Almost 4k miles on it. Loving every day and every drive. Turning 60 next week!
Has anyone ever done a poll to see the average age of 992 owners?
I am in my early to mid 60’s, and I am curious if there are a lot of people my age still driving 911’s. At some point, it starts getting a little tough getting in and out of these cars.
I’ll be 75 next week and I’m 6’5” tall. Guess I’m pretty far out on the bell curve, but I wouldn’t trade my 992 for anything!
