52- Bought my first Porsche (Cayman S) at 36. Every 2 to 3 years since then have bought new Porsches and never have bought their SUVs/Sedans.
Sold my 2018 GT3 during the Pandemic and current waiting on a GTS Cab in Shark Blue due at Dealership end of April.
I prefer Porsches for my Toys because of reliability, ease to service due to many Dealerships, cost or Ownership not bad, and not too exclusive that I feel uncomfortable- like to kind of hang low-key.

73 and waiting for an allocation. I just hope I will still be physically able to drive when I finally get the car with all the crap that is going on today.

My question was I=wuith time do you adapt and simply relearn a new method of entry. exit? If so what is it ?
I don't have the issue but several on the Macan forum didn't buy the car at a ll because they did . Rather than seek an alternative they quit . I thought your idea was great! It gives a choice I had never even thought of.
Oh .. BTW . I am 64 .. 19th Porsche . Nine were 911 . Others are Macan/Cayenne/ (wife car) one former Boxster

My wife pick out the most recent 911. A 2020 911 Carrera C2. Best one yet. She wanted her own, so I bought her a 2020 Cayenne S Coupe.
My first was a 1970 914, talk about hard to get in and out of. Harder than my Triumph TR3.
Past Porsches
1956 356A
1970 914
1971 911T
1973 911S
1976 930
1985 944
1990 928 GTS
2016 Cayenne GTS

My 992 C2 is set to arrive around my 30th bday (Mid June-Early July) of this year. It's my 3rd Porsche, bought a 987 Cayman S w/ TPC turbo kit at 22 (my join date helped me remember this haha) and currently have a 996 Turbo. Beyond excited for my 992 as it's my first brand new car ever and completely my spec.

27 here! My 992 GTS locks next week for delivery in late May, barring any more delays. It’ll be my first Porsche, though I‘ve driven several at the experience center here in ATL. My (now) husband got me a PEC certificate several years back, and now jokes that it is the most expensive Christmas gift he’s ever bought me because I turned around and bought a car lol.
