Default RCC Europe moored in San Diego

Please respond if your car is or isn't being held up at the port in San Diego. The ship is moored now but I believe the dock workers work M-F, so hopefully you will have some indication by Tue or Wed from your dealer.
For those of us who have cars headed to Benicia, CA aboard the RCC Europe it might give us an indication if our cars will be held up at the port since the cars will have been manufactured around the same time. TIA!

I wouldn’t worry about arrival in Benicia. My C2S landed in San Diego on May 11 (a Saturday) It was on the Viking Queen, which was on its way to Benicia the next day. However my car is still in port processing and TYD says It will be there another week. On hold for two chips. One which processes TPMS signals and the other which controls the steering wheel movement.

hope your baby makes it to you sooner than mine.😎

Ok all, did any of you whose car was on the RCC Europe and delivered to San Diego experience any TPMS chip delays getting to your dealer?

Yes sir, mine is getting off in Benicia and that's why I'm asking since the ship left SD earlier this week and those peeps should have heard by now. Oh well, nothing but crickets from SD.

Default Panamera still in SD

My Panamera GTS arrived on the Viking Queen 6 weeks ago with no ETA yet for delivery to me in LA. Told steering column and tire pressure monitor chips are the issues. Anyone else been told Porsche engineers are now traveling around US to install parts? Heard this from dealer a few weeks ago but not sure what to believe. Can’t stand the wait but I guess that’s called a high class problem.

My C2S Cab arrive in San Diego on 11 May. I was told that it was on hold for the same two chips. TYD just extended dealer delivery for six more days. I feel like Christmas morning keeps being changed. Best of luck on your Panamera, I feel your pain.
