Default Sensor on underside?

Anyone know what this plastic tube is that hangs down on the underside behind the front passenger wheel?

Just guessing . . . Water Drain for any one of a number of areas on the car. I would guess the most likely source is probably the A/C Evaporator Housing.

Probably a drain for windshield water. Washer fluid or Rain. Certainly not a center.

That’s the catheter hookup so you don’t have to get out of the car.

Honestly it’s probably the AC drain.

That'll be your A/C condensation drain.

On a hot and humid day with the air conditioning running, put a pan under this tube. If what drips from this tube tastes like water . . . . it's the A/C Evaporator Housing Drain. Well . . . OK . . . maybe you don't actually need to taste it.

I do... sorry... I thought it may be the rain sensor that it talked about. I thought this was a friendly forum that you could ask for advice and questions. Shall I leave the community because I’m too dumb to be on here?

C'mon folks. Be nice. There are quite a few postings on this forum that illuminate the authors, or a contributors lack of automotive expertise. Correcting the errors, omissions and oversights would be a full time job. IMHO the OP actually asked a good question. Most vehicles do not route their A/C Evaporator Housing Condensate Drain this low on a car. Maybe they should, but they don't. Seeing this protruding from the bottom of our Porsche's is something of a novelty. I'd venture a guess that identifying this item on sight would tax the vocabulary of the majority of participants on this forum.
