Default Back seats folded down - Cargo tray options?

The only thing my back seats will see are my golf clubs - does anyone (Weathertech?) make a tray/liner that fits that area with seats down? Want to protect interior but more importantly keep things from moving around.

Do not put anything like golf clubs in that area, unless you want to loose your head in an accident. Porsche specifically avoid referring to it as luggage space for a good reason.

If there's a way to place (drill) some hooks you could place netting to hold it down, but aggie57 is right anything less will come flying at the back of your neck

I’m new to the forum, so maybe I’m missing some unwritten rule about not putting things in the back seats - but I’m failing to see how a set of golf clubs laying horizontally would be a problem. They can’t go over the seats, nor through the seats. Not to mention Porsche put lips on the backs of the seats with the obvious intention of putting things on them and keeping them from moving.

I’m neither trying to be obtuse nor argumentative, just trying to figure out how to protect the interior from a bag that’s already pretty much wedged into place.

Harbor Freight sells a moving blanket that fits the rear area nicely. It costs like a whopping $6-7. I’ve used it for hauling all kinds of stuff. Added bonus is that it matches the deviated stitching of the interior.

And yes, you can fit a golf bag back there, because Porsche wouldn’t be able to sell so many 911s if you couldn’t do that.

I'm another satisfied customer of Harbor Freight and their moving blanket.

If I'm carrying suitcases, or anything heavy, I attach it with (2) climbing carabiners and a climbing sling to the car seat tether. Just make sure the carabiners are rated for climbing, not carrying keys.

Only if my Clicgear Cart can fit in the frunk.

And still, my concern would be putting the club bag in and out of the car.

Its not graceful, but not impossible. Put my clubs in the dealer car before I ever sat in it. Priorities and whatnot.
