So, how does the car drive:
Handling
Acceleration
Reliability
Track capability
It is supposed to be a sports car, would it really be better if it weighed 200-330 more pounds but it had more buttons and was quieter on the road packed with sound deadening material?
It’s not perfect but it’s not supposed to be a 2 seat Bentley. Most of us are already griping it got to heavy and big. I’m not a 992 owner but from what I’ve seen and read it sure puts great numbers down for the hp it carries.

You notice a bunch of rattles way more than -0.1 on your 0-60 on a daily basis.

All true and fair... It’s not a Bentley. However, as the title suggests these things seem like a bit of a miss from a high end German car company where you would think attention to detail was high up on the objectives. It is a bit daft to highlight there is no button that moves all 4 windows at once - it does make things simpler though and other cars have thought that through. The car is all about driving but sometimes it’s the attention to details that make you also smile. As I say - some of these little things seem like a miss. I bet there is a engineer being passed these posts by the social media team and so hopefully these misses will be considered.
But the rear two always go up and down with the roof.
Since I received my car its been in my possession 3 weeks and I've put 1600 miles on it. Yes this is a great forum, but really, I don't think some of the posters really enjoy driving or are are so wealthy that they can impulse buy a car like this regret it and then go get the Bentley they should have got in the first place. I have an issue with the alarm going off after locking the car. Its a process to diagnose and I have built a relationship with the foreman mechanic and service manager. Parts (cab sensors and potentiometers) are on their way from the fatherland. But I don't see these things as misses. We sometimes mislead potential buyers with these posts. Unicorns are fictional. Find me that car that doesn't have "misses" and you have found that Unicorn.
Again fair and true... I hope nobody would not buy one because it doesn’t have a one touch all windows button. They are great cars and I have wanted one since I was a kid and saw a 930 turbo in red with the huge whale tail.. I would not want a Bentley (yet) because I never dreamed of owning one. I just find it interesting to see what people think is a miss / a bit odd / or worthy of a grumble. We have all had a heck of a year and so believe me I appreciate I have such a wonderful and pricey car - but it’s just a bit of fun to look at what’s a bit annoying...
I come from a range of BMWs - latest is a 2020 Z4 M40i. BMW made a huge leap forward technology / infotainment wise with the G model platform. Still there are annoying things.
Porsche infotainment always lags behind industry standards, and even the 992 includes some questionable choices (e.g. HomeLink integration).
However, I presume nobody buys a Porsche because of its infotainment system...
My non-folding mirrors are heated...just need to turn on the rear defoster. Wasn't an option; came standard.
Interesting... I wonder if this is a US thing... it does not say heated wing mirrors on the standard specs and you cannot seem to add them as an option.
