As mentioned my C4S has the 18 way sports+ seat (and I do love them) However, on my next build I am going to get the 4 way Sports+ (with the sport tex fabric). The "fit" of both are the same, just different adjustability. And way lighter seats. I have found, in my buddies 4 way, I do not use lumbar nor the thigh extension on my 18ways, so that cuts out a lot of what you are getting. and the 4 ways feel the same to me once adjusted. You do end up giving up memory settings and tilt mirror. I do feel that compared to the 14 way, the sports+ seats seem to have more support (for me) and I like the bolstering.

Best advice is to sit on them all, and test drive them as well. But the problem with that is try finding a dealer that has 992’s with different seats that are not customer cars that you can test drive. Pretty impossible. That being said, my SA allowed me to sit in cars on the lot to get an idea. For my build, both standard 4 ways and 18 ways felt good in different ways...so I went with standard seats to save some $$ and stomach the price of a full leather interior a little easier. If my build dictated one seat over the other, even if they had to be 18 ways, I’d have done so.
...And I went GT steering wheel as well...as it felt much better in hand than the standard wheel.

Get the SportTex inserts and you won't slide around.
