I have a the possibility of getting an allocation for a C2 4. Wondering if I should option in the Torque Vectoring Plus. The car will not be tracked.

If you're asking about whether to order it on a C4, the answer is yes, absolutely get PTV+. Even in moderately spirited driving on twisting roads, the PTV helps the car rotate. The LSD that's also part of the package is a bonus. PTV+ is standard on all S models, and can't be ordered on a C2. Not ordering it on a C4 would be an unfortunate omission in my view. On my 2020 C4 PTV+ was part of the Sport Package, which also included Sport Exhaust and Sport Chrono, also great options on a C4 or any other 992.

Good insight, thanks. I am definitely getting the sport chrono. PVT+ on a non S makes a case for a C2 4 over a C2.

Yes, Absolutely! One of several reasons I spec’d a C2S in order to get it.

I have a confirmed build for a 2022 Targa 4. As of now, I don't have the Sports Package, but I have until June 8 to make any build changes. Initially, I saw no need for the Sports Package, which includes PVT+, sports chrono, and PSE.
It will be my daily driver and I won't be tracked at all. But I do like to have fun in the corners and will take many drives on canyons and twisty roads. I'm not being cheap, just wondering what makes sense and what is unnecessary. While on that vein, I assume that getting the Sports Package goes hand in glove with optioning the 20/21 wheels?

If you think that sports car should have a limited slip differential, get PTV+. There’s a reason why it is included in the sport package for a C4 and standard on the C2S and C4S.
