Hi all,

My order was submitted Monday for a 21 TTS Cab, and I finally got my "Track your Dream" email today. It took a call to Porsche NA today to make that happen, as no email address had been entered with the order apparently. In any case, the Track Your Dream website accessible from the link in the email seems to be working for me, and has my car's information.

My question is, the main My Porsche web site doesn't seem to list my car, and asks me to add a car. Is this something that only becomes available later when a VIN exists?

I think the web site or at least the Track Tour Dreams part is down today. I have been trying all day to see if a Milestone was reached or not today on my build but I cannot find out anything,

It has to be down mine does the same, takes me to the main Porsche page....

there is a workaround, but involves going in your history from when it did work (a few days ago for me), and clicking/opening that. I get nothing if I just login to TYD, but if I use the link from 2-3 days ago in my history tab, it works just fine.

yes it works from teh email I recived that told me my car has finished production but if you notice when you click "discover current phase" it takes you back to the porsche site

Yes that continues for me too. Agree! But the long URL that I’m using continues to show the TYD order status and the countdown to lock is accurate and constantly updating these past few days.

I just received my TYD after contacting Porsche by email as recommended in a post above. Dealer did not input my email address so I had to send my commission number and wait for a VIN to be assigned. Seems to be working well now. My Agate Grey 2021 sunroof coupe 992 2S is 50 days away!

Damn that was fast! Just got my TYD link yesterday and today the car is already on the way to Emden port!
Order was created 4/1, scheduled for production 4/9, production started 4/20 and was completed 4/22. That same day it was put on a transport to Emden! No production pictures though. Once at port (today) it will sit until 5/14 to be on vessel, to arrive at Baltimore on 6/4, at Chicago dealer 6/8.

Yes I called Porsche North America and they helped me get set up it turned out that I had somehow in the past opted out of receiving emails so I didn’t get my track your dream email until today and it’s awesome delivery date August 20!
