Do a search. There are plenty of posts confirming washer fluid overflow. I have personally experienced and remedied this issue with reduction in washer fluid level. You should be able to smell it if you wipe it with your finger. At least this is my experience.
Yes, water does run out of under the doors too after washing but this happens on cars not washed too and is most likely the washer fluid. After washing I blow out the sills and door areas with a Big Boi dryer and don’t get the after washing run out.

Yes, I read a lot of those other posts but in my case letting the fluid levels drop made no difference, as soon as I used the washers bingo - streaks/drips reappear. Plus washer fluid itself isn't a dark colour like this.
