Yes, water does run out of under the doors too after washing but this happens on cars not washed too and is most likely the washer fluid. After washing I blow out the sills and door areas with a Big Boi dryer and don’t get the after washing run out.
My washer bottle is half empty and not been used for ages. I also didn't have any black streaks after washing, but making sure the door shuts were dried out also with a Big Boi, hence why it would appear my streaks were caused by water in the door shuts which I hadn't dried out as I said in my earlier post.

I'll look out for the drips/streaks after I use the washers, but then the car is usually dirty anyway so not sure I'd notice, but thanks for posting the link.
