Just to add one more data point. Got on "the list" for a 2021 C2S in late July. Got the call on Dec. 30th that they had an allocation for me. Got the "Build " in at the dealer on January 2nd and got notification today from Porsche on "My Porsche" that "Your order is created"
Allocations seem to have come out around the third week of December.

Congrats! What month is your allocation for April/May build?

I was told April production On the My Porsche site it says "Next phase starting shortly, is your vehicle is scheduled for production" We'll see what "starting shortly" actually means.

Ask your SA for a screenshot of your allocation on the Porche Management Software. This will provide you with more detail.

Sales Manager just emailed me the Commission # and V200 status. Interestingly, he did manage to move me up to a March build allocation.

Moving along
My sales rep texted me today that I now have a commission number ( yes !! )
Do I need a hot link from him to enable me to track the car ?
Or is there a link where I can track it myself

Ask your SA for a screenshot from the Porsche Management Sofware. Will gave all the milestone dates on your allocation.

A few days after my order went through and I got a commission number, I received an email from Porsche congratulating me, etc. and gave a link to go on to My Porsche which had a personalized welcome and the initial screens for "Track your dream"
As others have noted it may not give the most accurate milestone dates.....but is still kind of nice.

Yes it will give you some SA but dealer snapshot is best!

Yeah that's what should happen....Porsche will send you a TYD link and congrats. If not you can call PNCA and give them the commission number and they can ensure the TYD link eventually gets sent to you. Took about a month back and forth with PCNA and my dealer for me to finally get mine sent. But the dealers snapshot of the order screen it the best and most accurate option.
