Default Base window trim vs gloss black

Looking for pictures of the gloss black window trim and the "free" black trim. My build: GB with satin wheels. Wondering if the "free" black trim would be a good match. Any pics would be great!

Can't really notice in that photo but there you go. It's a neat option. Aluminum trim would look even better if you were to choose silver wheels.

Standard matte black will fade out after a couple years if you don't treat it with a trim restorer from time to time, gloss black anything is usually very soft and is prone to micro scratches that can however be buffed out and the trim is so thin anyway that you might not notice it anyway. I like the gloss trim alongside with the optional partially painted side view mirrors

Another gloss black example. I did gloss black model designation and Porsche on the back, so kept with that theme.

Just put on the winter wheels/tires yesterday.

The closer I get to my freeze date... the more changes I find myself considering.... Is the BASE trim rubber/non-painted trim? Or is actually matte PAINTED?

I chose silver trim for my gt silver car (would have done the same for gentian and night blue).

If you watch Nick Murray's video where he covered all options - you can see a real live window trim comparison.

It's around 24:40 min mark - it's a quick glimpse so make sure you don't miss it - I re-watched that section a couple of times.

This is the base trim, which has a nice metallic satin finish. I thinks it works quite nicely unless you are glossing out everything else for contrast.

Did you gloss the mirror base? I know you got the intakes gloss black.

Should clarify...my trim is the base black trim.

Intakes, mirrors and sideskirts are body colour...Metallic Black.

Wheels are Gloss black, which is the only black option for Turbo exclusive wheels.

my personal choice (including in sport design 992TTS elements) has always been body color,
going back quite a long time!
