Default Lowering a 992 with rws

Hi everyone,There are numerous threads regarding lowering 992s on lowering springs. There’s some speculation that there is an issue with lowering a 992 with rws. The rear height sensor is different and can throw an error code. I was wondering if anyone actually had success installing lowering springs on such 911. I was looking at bbi and tech art springs.

I have H&R springs on my CS with SPASM and RAS. No issues since my install done at the dealership along with the appropriate alignment tweaks.

Mine with factory 10mm lowering is about the edge of where I’d want to be without front end lift and a new squat regimen added to my fitness routine.

Good luck with lowering your car...
If you want, I'll just give you my TechArt lowering springs.

I had techarts on my 991 2 gts and they were great. Did they suck on your 992?

Interesting...was not even aware that a dealership would install aftermarket parts. Sound like you have a cool local dealer.

I want to install springs on my C4S, do you know if H&R is compatible with RAS, SPASM and FAL Combination?

Dealers like making money. They can charge 150% to install your aftermarket stuff, then charge you to fix the problems it causes and then charge you again to remove it and revert back to OEM. It's a pretty cool racket.

Ask me how I know. Better yet, don't.
