Default Totally Unnecessary Aftermarket Options

I would like to start a thread from suppliers, whomever they may be, who offer contributory options for the care, operation and maintenance of our prized Porsche 992's that are unnessary or expensive !
I will start with the scissor garage auto lift. In one circular, it was suggested that this is the best option to prevent flat spotting and dry rot of expensive tires for long term storage ( my alternative is to park the car on a double square of carpet)

light blue lift and chalk paint looks good

Never leave your car unsprung on a lift for long term storage.

Always ! Wait...Never...always keep a litter bag in your car ! When it is full, you can throw it out the window. (Steve Martin)

These are much more expensive and nicer than carpet....https://www.tirecradle.com, and they work great.

IMHO, Aftermarket Exhaust Systems are a complete and total waste of money, in the pursuit of what amounts to nothing other than more noise!

FWIW my flame suit is on!

Slip Lo and other overpriced plastic sliders that people stick under their front lip. It’s an unnecessary modification that also manages to further reduce clearance by the thickness of the sliders.

If you’ve got SPASM, that black plastic lip is designed to be a sacrificial piece — only $200 to replace when the time comes.

Tire and Wheel Protection Package
$2,500.00
I've bought this with new cars too many times and never used it. Any way, there are inexpensive repairs available everywhere for rim damage.
And, to buy an individual tire, with discount tire stores everywhere, I'll take my chances

prepaid maintenance is also a waste

many places like this around

Yep...closely followed by those poorly designed intake systems that draw hot air from the engine compartment.
