Default First porsche

hello
I just acquired my first porsche 911. This journey has been long. my goal was a gt3 touring, but the fact that I have little kids and can utilize the back seat still, i went with something more daily. When my kids outgrow the backseat I may look for something more unique. My initial entry was going to be a used 2019 991.2 gts cpo. Great bang for buck and upgrade in 1 to 2 years to the 992. My guy that went to pick this car up from a porsche dealer called upon arrival and said the bumper had been filled and painted. I spoke to the gm about this misrepresentation and would of never been happy. Luckily it worked out this way as the used 992 I bought is unbelievable. It is a heavily optioned car with all the performance boxes checked. Love the car and now know the porsche driving feeling.

I really like the red interior. Next time for me. Also remember that you don't own a black car, they own you. Have fun keeping it clean but I think its worth the additional effort.

I have had black before and it definitely looks the best when clean. This jet black metallic is a great look. I have a white c63s benz convertible, my daily is a grey range rover. It will remain relatively clean.

It's understandable why you couldn't pass this beauty up! Some ceramic coating and you are all set with the black car.

Wow nice build, looks very cool with the gold wheels and full leather interior. Enjoy! Agree, there's a very small population of models that fit the bill while including backseats, you made a great choice.

I just got my first Porsche also. I feel extremely lucky. While others have ordered their cars and have been waiting for months, by sheer chance I was on line and found the perfect one on the showroom floor and within two days I had it in my garage. I feel like I just cut in line without a penalty. It's such a surreal experience having my childhood dream in my possession but there it is.

Congrats, 911 is my second Porsche after the Cayenne, and (un)fortunately I am addicted to the brand.
