Default Passenger Seat Memory?

Question: Is the Passenger Seat on a 992 that has the three Memory Buttons on the Drivers Door, linked to the settings recorded for each of these three Memory Buttons. Before you ask; I know that there are no Memory Buttons on the Passenger Door. My wife when she's a passenger uses a radically different seat position than I do. I'm kind of hoping that the three Memory Buttons not only impact/record the Drivers Seat, Steering Wheel, Side Mirrors, etc. positions, but that they also store the Passenger Seat position as well.

There is no passenger seat memory in the 992, at least for 2020 models.

You can adjust the passenger seat from the driver’s side if that helps.

Does not help. My wife, as a passenger, hates the fact that there is no memory on her side. This is such an obvious mistake.

Put a piece of masking tape on the passenger side door sill; then you have a memory setting! Sorry I've been in "quarantine" too long.

That's actually a strategy for the bucket seats on GT cars. Commonly you need to move them all the way back to get out with a modicum of dignity, having that tape helps hitting your preferred driving distance. You can even make a track setting with a different color tape. Porsche duct tape to be sold soon. ADM and PTS to be discussed.

several potential solutions:

- don’t drive with wife
- leave passenger seat as she set it
- upgrade wife (pricey, but I hear worth it)

Here to help.
