Looks like a turbo but that would look nice on any 992.

It’s been posted elsewhere here. The Ducktail cars are very likely the “lightweight” Turbo S that has been promised.

Had that on my 1970 911 2.2L Targa (as a fiberglass add on) and the Cibie lights on the hood. Like button down shirts, some fashions never go out of style

I added the lower section of the Turbo S spoiler to a Carrera (using MS Paint). I would order this if available.

I'd spec a ducktail 10/10

If Porsche sold one aftermarket. I'd seriously consider buying it

I'm sure there are aftermarket shops that could do one in fiberglass, which is what mine was in my 911T. Also considering adding Hella quad lights on hood as in Rally cars, for where I live, in winter, it's not only a nice to have but a (wildlife) lifesaver

Hope to put in an order shortly for a 992C4 and then begin planning the mods...

Hey Alan,

Any chance you could do with MS Paint a rendering of a 992 with Gulf Racing colors? I'm trying to visualize what it would look like and order if possible or just take the free color and repaint later. TIA!

I wish I could, but my skills (and software) are way too limited. Someone that uses Photoshop should be able to help you though.

My thoughts for getting an actual ducktail like this would be to buy the Turbo S part from Porsche (and fill in the upper wing holes), or have a shop 3D scan one and build it out of carbon fibre. It's an ideal location to reduce weight.
