Alright...more questions. I've got a Racing Yellow 911 coming with the RY seatbelts, RY sport Chrono dial, and RY tachometer. Question is, would adding RY deviated stitching be wayyy to much RY for one car?

Similar issue for me (albeit different exterior color). Black interior, yellow belts/tach/sport chrono, and PCCBs. I keep going back and forth on the stitching. The pictures I see look excellent, but (compared to red stitching for example) Im afraid it might be just a little too much. Although the RY exterior may actually help offset the stitching.

I've seen several 991.2 with similar setups to what you are thinking about and thought they looked ace. It may even look better on the 992 since the dials are more toned down compared to the 991.2. I say go for it.
Congrats on a RY build.. I can't find any out there which is why I'm probably just going to have to end up ordering one too. But this is by far my first color choice. TBH, I'm not shelling out $$ for deviated stitching, but if I was, I would absolutely go for it in lieu of the RY seatbelts (or any others for that matter). It adds just the perfect subtle touch to an already loud exterior.
I'm in the same boat. Looking into RY with black/yellow interior. I saw the pics on instagram of black with RY interior stitching and it really makes the interior pop.

Here's the configurator view and I think it will be cohesive without too much yellow
how do you get that configurator view? I can't seem to get it as an option
Want RY, would love to get deviated stitching, but it’s just too damn expensive. Will probably stick with chalk stitching to at least break up the sea of black. And get RY belts, but may skip on speedo and chrono.
personally I do think there is a thing as too much yellow.

When using the online configurator click the 360 icon in the bottom corner and it will bring up the 3D visualizer. It takes a while to load and is a little cumbersome but it will give you a good rough idea of the actual deviated stitching and some other options.
OP, congrats on going RY. Love mine. Went through similar decision vortex on the interior for my C2S. Ended up with the seatbelts and tach in yellow. In addition to the cost, which is insulting given chalk stitching is no cost, was concerned the yellow may get dingy over time and may just be too much. Also had RT seats, which introduces yet another color & texture, so the stitching could end up seeming too busy. A splash of RY here and there goes a long way, IMO . . .
The interior is a problem. I'm assuming you've chosen a black interior.
Frankly, by choosing to yellowize some interior gizmos (belts, tach, etc.), you have not created a better looking car. Instead of creating what some call "pop," all you've done is needlessly exaggerate yellow. So, together with black seats, the overall interior effect is a bit tacky.
The exterior color, RY, is extraordinary. The interior also needs to be extraordinary; but, distinct from and complementary to, the exterior. Black seats is the common go to color for yellow cars. It's easy, doesn't require much thought and common place. Find some other color. The gauges are the business end of the car. They should speak to you in a, direct, business way - which is why they should be white. Satin black wheels, by the way.
