Why would my car disappear from My Porsche account? My freeze date is on September 22nd?

Default Where to find car’s configuration?

I have been unable to find on
MyPorsche/TrackYourDream the option configuration of my car, which had a change freeze date on 9/14.
Where/How in the sites/menus is that information available?
Many thanks!

If you have your TYD up with the map, their is a red downward facing arrow at the top middle of the screen, right below where it says My Porsche 2021 911 Carrera - E 00000 Click on it, will reveal your latest configuration.

Is there a way to go directly to track your dream without having to go to the initial email?

I bookmarked (what for lack of a better description I call) the "Flashing Page" and from there it's one click and I'm in.

Any way to do it/get into TYD without an email invite? Still waiting on mine...car order and commission number was 21 July 20. No email invite. Car left production line on 14 Sept about 5 days ahead of scheduled and now is in Emden according to PCNA for a 6 Oct departure. Did I just miss the entire TDY experience? . No pics or anything recieved.

How about email to customer support?

customersupport@porsche.com

I did, nothing changed but at least I got their response within 24 hours.

Mine enters production next week.... no email invite for me either, and I don't see TYD in My Porsche website nor in the app.

Yes I have done that...that is how I got the update on current production and port arrival info. Its currently produced and in the port now at Emden. Supposedly loading on Sara Leader which is is somewhere in the North Sea...looks like it is headed en route to the port of Zeebrugge, We'll see.

I called 800-Porsche and was referred back to the dealership. It's not a big deal to me other than they offer this service to get customers excited and they don't deliver on that service. Makes them look bad in my mind.

TDY is back up and FINALLY got my invite. Great! Am in Milestone 3 now and car has already hit the production line and transferred to port and is currently waiting for shipment. Guess no pics for me! . But will likely have the car here in less than 60 days or so. TYD I think needs a good IT intern and some cash thrown at its infrastructures and serves and it would then be great and timely....not IT guy at all but something that gets entered in the system in late July and only updates correctly the customer almost 60 days later has gotta need a bit of work you have to agree!

TYD finally @port!

TYD now shows my car with the same date for start and finish production. Is this normal? My delivery date did get shortened by a week.

My TYD did the same thing. Ultimately mine apparently finished production on that date. What Porsche calls "Event Key" V300.

Your dealer can access a far more detailed chronology of your Porsche, that shows every step of the build and transport process. This chronology shows, what Porsche calls the: "Planned Date", the "Expected Date" and the "Actual Date". So far, in my case, when I compare what the dealer can see (and they graciously have sent me screen captures of) each "Actual Date" has been met anywhere from 3 days to a week before the "Planned" Date". The TYD site seems to show the "Actual Date" for any event that has been completed and the "Expected Date" for events in the future.

So my phase changed to 2 today stating my car is now scheduled for production but TYD says I still have 28 before the change freeze point... which of these is accurate? Thanks
