This color looks a lot like so-called "X Blue" on the Belgian Legend Edition 992.

Still waiting for mine, but very happy I didn't wait in the hopes that Shark Blue would be similar.

They are close but I'd have to say that the blue in the Belgian Legend Edition 992 is a different color than the one in the recent pictures. I've seen good quality pictures taken of it in a real life environment (not studio). It's less metallic, more deep blue. The new color has a lot more metallic shine in it and the tone of blue is a tad lighter, at least that's what my eyes tell me.

Nice interior too, btw!

First color, I think, that the gloss black aerokit works really well with!

Porsche is showing some new Taycan colors on Instagram, one of which is "Neptune Blue", which looks very close to this. I tried posting here, but it's not letting me, if someone wants to take a crack at it I'd appreciate it.

+1! In all seriousness, if this new color (shark blue) is a 992 GT3 launch color it will not appear until the GT3 is launched...

Looks a lot like Sapphire Blue, which is still offered on the Macan

Neptune Blue is a flat blue, not really similar to Sapphire at all (Sapphire being a highly metallic blue). It's more in the family of Miami Blue. And yes, it's bizarre how different Neptune looks in real life to the configurator and mock ups used in documents. Very bizarre.

Thanks for sharing this photo and clarifying the differences. Neptune in real life actually looks like a pretty cool color! Totally different than what I had thought based on the configurator. If I will ever oder a Taycan (which I've been seriously considering occasionally), this might be my choice. Certainly wouldn't look bad on a 992 either!
