I think it's Gentian only because Porsche's extra cost Special Colors are designed to be distinctive. No one confuses Miami with Gentian or Chalk/Crayon with White. The simple fact that there's a question as to whether this is Gentian or Special Color Shark means it isn't a Special Color imo.

It would be just a bit strange to use a PTS in a brochure as a example of what Exclusive Manufaktur can do for a normal car. Or would it? I think usually the brochure cars have been from the normal color palette.

Also, the Special colors are non-metallic

its not , PTS was (and may still be) available for both non and metallic paints, it was for 991.2 GT3 at least

Hmmm...if it's indeed the pics from those posted back in May it looks more powder-blue(ish). Reminds me of a 90s Buick. Too harsh? I'm keen to see what this looks like, but regardless I'm happy I was able to get my Miami Blue 992 before they stopped it. Love MB.
