He's also mistaken about PDCC being great for "beating on your brakes on a track". It's the opposite.

Nick, I watched part of that video and wanted to point out the Sport Package i.c.w. Manual Transmission also includes the Sport Chronograph. It's a real "bargain" from Porsche.
The Configurator is confusing there, but if you select the MT, the SC appears on the car in the picture. If you then try to add SC later, it shows a conflict and wants to make you switch back to PDK.

Not sure if serious, but I'll play. I didn't realize OP was Nick Murray himself!
Your vid at ~38:20 you indicate that PCCB is good if you'll be beating on your car on a track etc. I'm refuting that with the article on autoblog where the Porsche tech says that PCCBs are basically for people who don't like cleaning their wheels. You and I agree on that point, BTW - I wouldn't pay 9k for not having to clean wheels. I'm not a clean freak w my car tho - I don't mind em a bit dirty sometimes.
Anyway - thanks for the vid, mate - enjoyed it overall. Cheers

That's literally what he preaches in the video, dude. Configure your own car according to your desires. Don't let others belittle you for your tacky puddle lights because it's your own car.

Yes, I understand. But the info panel on the MT package doesn't say you get it, but it's there. It only lists PASM and Sport Exhaust but SC is included in the package price.

LOL!!! I hang my head in shame. No matter, I now have until 6 June before my build locks. I have six more weeks to drive my SA into Crazytown with changes.

it's really not. he takes the time to say things like "don't tell anyone else you did that" or whatever. that's hardly the message. if i do something, i could give a **** what anyone else thinks about it and i would absolutely not be hiding it.

Great Video by Nick - most of stuff he said is correct, most of the options are useless, if your upset its because you bought options that suck and the combination of not having the proper cereal in the morning 65% of the time
