this might be it . . . not sure, but TLSV1-1B1 is one of those connectors, so it looks like pin 7 - check that there is a red / yellow wire in other side of it.
Per the directions, it seems like P16 is what you are looking for - the pin numbers should be on the connector somewhere - they are often hard to read but try and find P1 and then count to find where P16 goes. As this one is a wide spade terminal, there are probably only a few options where it will plug into. I believe the red connector you are holding is the correct one - probably remove it from the bracket, and then look the bottom to see if you can find numbers . . . sometime numbers will be inside, where the pins poke through, as well . . let us know when you get it working!!
Thanks @f4bones ! The trick is to depress purple t-shaped tab which will allow spade to enter all the way into pin 16. Porsche instructions are worthless. But happy with end result.
