Default Bose Sound Vibration

So I have the upgraded Bose sound system, which sounds incredible. but I do find it causes the panels to vibrate like crazy, and its driving me nuts. anyone here having the same issue with Bose system? I mostly listen to urban music.

I think most cars just suffer this regardless of having a good sound system or not. In my M4 I have the Harman/Kardon sound system upgrade and at a certain bass level it'll make my panels rattle. What I do is just turn down the bass a few levels and it fixes the issue. Not ideal but I think that's just the way cars are unless you go aftermarket sound system specialists for cars

I spoke to the dealership two days ago. I'm waiting on a call back. I told them I would prefer not to bring the car in only to have a part replaced and have the same issue. With so many experiencing the same issue I want to know if Porsche is working on a fix.
The service manager "is investigating." My passenger speaker vibrate like crazy, even after I turn down the bass.

I have Bose in my Porsche and Burmester in my SUV and neither have any audible vibration no matter what the volume. They can fix it.

I had this in my 2013 981 Boxster and 2016 991 and ive noticed it in both the 991.2 loaners I had. It always seems to be the passenger speaker. They fixed it in my Boxster but then it came back within a few months. The dealer wanted to charge me $150 an hour to try and find the rattle and fix it (with no guarantee that they would) so I passed. You may have more success with your dealer, but my understanding is that Porsche doesn't consider this to be a fault. Good luck.

The dealer replaced the front door speaker about 3 weeks ago. They stated that the speaker was blown. Has not rattled since then.

This is a known issue with the front door speakers and the fix requires additional insulation material to be installed; search the forum as a few have had this service performed.

I would reach out to the members on this post on how the issue was fixed:

When I test drove a 992 last month I could tell the passenger speaker was blown. The SA had no idea when I mentioned it.
