Sept 2021 for GT3 or RS?. I’m thinking GT3 and RS Sept 2022.

What are you referring to as new kinematic?

i think RS will have swan neck rear spoiler, itb and engine relocated further forward.

What else?

I think 540hp would be difficult with just 4.0L and ever stricter regulations. I would guess it's either 4.2L (most likely situation) or they are exploring revs beyond 9k (with power peak considerably higher than 8,400 rpm).

Are you pretty confident in that? That is very late for GT3. Historically, the new GT3 comes in the 3rd model year of new generation and .2 comes in 6th model year of the 7-year generational cycle (each with 2-year production minimum)... Intro some time in first half of 2020 makes more sense (with late 2020 deliveries as 2021 model year in US).

agree, I expect

992.1 GT3-4.0 from RS/speedster and 520 HP
992.1 RS 4.2L and 545 HP

992.2 GT3 4.2L from RS and 545 HP
992.2 RS (the big unknown, could just follow the lead of the 991.2 RS and only get a small bump to 565 HP from same 4.2 L engine, or they could do something more radical like KERS or full hybrid.)

agree would be lots of carbon as in a tub, and cash. At some point they have to go big on power as marginal increases aren’t worth the upgrade. My 2016 and 2019 end of the day feels the same. My MAC makes me smile from ear to ear more than Ferrari ..........don’t cheat with a stripper hard to go back to mama.

It will be NA flat 6 something like 530/540hp BUT the big difference will be the aero, it will be incredible
No trunk on front, or just enough for a lady bag (not full) design close to the 488 pista on the front
Completely new kinematic and suspension

The objective will be a lap time same as the 991 GT2 RS on ring so 6.47min
Dedicating more front trunk to aero makes sense. Manthey more than doubled rear downforce with their mods while front downforce is only up only a little over 50% (see 11:15 in video). Surprised we haven't seen spy shots.

Unlikely to see engine relocation - too costly for production.

Doesn't sound like a full bump to 4.2 is in the cards but it would be nice.
