Why would anyone want to buy a 992?
We went to pickup my buddy GT3RS and I have a chance to sit in it and I realize how much more luxurious 992 became. It much more modern tech and luxury compare to my car. The cabriolet make my heart melt but that sticker price of $185k is way over my budget for third car weekend toy. Chalk/full leather/PCCB/Burmeister are my favorite options. It is a lovely car and awesome grand touring for weekend getaway. Congrats on those who lucky to own one.

Anyone notice that the inner door grabs are almost identical to the 997?
God Almighty this is not how I would configure the car, BUT $185k sucks for a C2S and I still HATE the tachometer.

I also notice that the Burmester door speakers are partially obstructed by the storage door panel. Not sure how much this affects the resulting sound for the driver but it's a shoddy *** design.

Seriously, how could you HATE the tachometer? It uses design language from the air cooled cars. It’s actually pretty great.

What you rather buy that's new for 185k instead of a similarly spec'd 992 C2S?
