I ended up with a black interior with chalk stitching, to add some contrast. And yellow belts for the color.
not entirely sure that’s a good combo, I guess I’ll see when the car comes. Deviated yellow stitching was too much of a stretch.

I’ve seen that combo on different cars. Don’t worry, it will look great. The way Porsche prices the deviated stitching colors outside of white is ridiculous and not worth it. Then again, I skipped the whole leather interior since that wasn’t the look I wanted.
I am going with white with red interior but yellow with red also looks good to me. What is wrong with yellow with red interior?
All that matters is what YOU like. Some people here have a hang up about McDonalds branding and think red and yellow together is clownish, even though Shell oil and Ferrari use the combo in their Branding. Such a combo in a car WILL be loud. But perhaps that is what you want and that is OK
I bought RY as well and went round and round on interior possibilities. In the end, came to the conclusion black was the only option that didn't seem to have the potential for clashing with such a bright exterior color. Did go with the Sport-Tex seat centers to break it up a bit. As others have said, though, go with what YOU like . . .
I have seen one with a very similar build and that's why I want to buy a 911, with this color and with this wing! I ordered an aerokit 992 racing yellow but someday I want to buy a 991 RY GT3 just like this one! Below is what I found online and I eventually decided to go with the glass sunroof.
I prefer interior colors other than black although I elected to go with full black leather for my build. I thought it played better with the yellow belts and gauges than other options. I almost selected chalk/slate interior but I have pebble on my daily driver Macan GTS and wanted a contrast between the 2 cars.
Are the interior bits painted RY too much? Since this is $0 on a GTS, I thought I would go with interior RY paint and then get the bits wrapped or painted if I thought it was too gaudy. I'm probably going to pass on RY stitching and stay with black/chalk.

I am currently waiting for my allocation for a RY 4GTS but for some reason i've been really tempted by PTS and fancy greens lately...going through this thread is making me more settled on the RY than ever before though!

What are your guy's thoughts on RY with brushed aluminum wheels instead of the black? I'm getting black for the order but considering a second set of wheels refinished in brushed and clear.

I’m not a fan of black wheels and got platinum color instead. Brushed aluminum should be very nice, but ideally it is complemented with other aluminum colored parts - exhaust, window trim etc.
