Guess you have to ask yourself if you can accept it and move on without looking back... there's definitely a heart/head component at play. Hate to say it, but something like this would bother me too.

This is no issue. Stuff happens all the time to cars during transport. They fix them and usually dont tell you about it. Nothing on carfax etc.
I would not worry about it. Very minor problem that they will correct.

This is a bit similar to my situation. I have a long thread on it. The rocker panel of my car was damaged pre-delivery. I waited for repair , but they weren’t able to replicate the pebbled texture of the lower portion of the rocker panel without re-painting the side of the car. The blended repair was still noticeable , so my decision was to wait for another car.
I see a bumper as a removable bolt on part, not the main body of the car. A good shop can match the paint. I would be OK with a new bumper.
They have to repair the car anyway, so let them repair it first and then make a decision. That is what I did.
By all means , get opinions, but make the decision that is right for you. It’s your hard earned money and you should be 100% happy with the car.

As long as its well painted, just get option 1. No one is going to care.

I rejected a Ford Focus RS for a similar issue, in fact a scratch, but that was my prerogative. I too had waited almost a year for that car. This is a Porsche and you should not have the experience tarnished. Problem is paint (particularly if metallic) will never match 100%. Its my understanding that paint on a plastic bumper will adhere differently to paint on a metal surface, they are better able to compensate for this issue in the factory. Perhaps give them the opportunity and see how it comes out before accepting or otherwise.
I absolutely would not accept a smart repair.
Additionally I would want to know what sits behind the point of impact as bumper to some degree would return to it's original profile possibly with underlying impact damage even with a seemingly small visible dent.
Good luck.

Well I agree with all the post saying go for option 1 as it won't hurt resale at all as it is not in a carfax HOWEVER I would reject it. Just me. Lots of money and it would always be in the back of my mind and that would drive me crazy. also not sure why or how you are paying in full before taking delivery, that is weird to be out full sales price for 7 months, sounds shady.
I would say no thanks and either buy another new one on the lot if it is perfect or order another.

Two comments. As others say cars get damaged in transit and repaired at the port all the time. 99% of the time we never know. And these 'bumpers' are not bumpers at all. They are bumper covers, the real bumper is underneath. Why is that important? Because the cover is designed to be replaceable, almost a service item. My 997.2 had 3 of them over the 5 years I had it.

Bumpers front and rear are common repaint parts due to the road abuse they take. With no actual accident damage or Carfax filed you are good. Get the new bumper. Enjoy the car. Too many flip out about minor incidents. Get to driving.

Most often things like this happen and the owner doesn't know about it. I once ordered a car from Jaguar. I tracked it from factory to port. Then mysteriously it missed the boat it was booked on, went back to factory, and then took a different boat 4 days later. Never got an explanation for it. When it was delivered the car was perfect.
