It's the internet, so I'm required to be pedantic.

Has Porsche actually let the press drive the pre-production 992 Turbo S or just *ride* in them?

C&D made it quite clear they were only allowed in the cars as passengers. Automobile didn't specifically admit it, but if you read between the lines it seems they were only allowed in the cars as passengers as well.

Low key? The 992 launch was so absurdly not low key it was comical. Did you watch the LA events last year with the cheesy celeb appearances? The whole "timeless machine" thing... "Wet-Mode" promoted like it was a new superspeed mode. It was all nuts.
