You are certainly correct in that Porsche's Sport Tex, if anything, is insulting to the brand, and clearly not on par with a Chevy product. Thank you. And WTF???

Your reaction is well worth a 4th photo of these sweet cloth seats in my Chevy.

Did I mentioned it’s a Chevy?

You asked for it.

Sorry if this has been answered already but I am trying to add the Guard Red Stitching to the Sport Tex Seats and Interior on the Porsche Configurator but it never actually changes color in the picture. It does do this for the Pre-Selected Stitching Combinations but if you go and try to manually select your color then it never changes. Is this just a glitch in the configurator?

There are other instances were the configurator does not show options so I suspect that is the case here.

I think the Sport Tex looks cool. My father had similar houndstooth cloth seats on his 991 50th anniversary and it really looked nice. I think they are a nice option if someone is looking to break up the all black leather look. The great thing is that you have choices on seat material. To each his own.

Yeah... I think it is... I will double check in a few... might be the bright show lights washing them out.

sport-tex looks great with the wood (surprisingly to me). I dig it.

I’m not a fan of brown wood trim in a black interior. The wood would probably look best in any other interior color option.

Like wearing a black suit with brown shoes.

Really like sport-tex but conflicted about wood.

Works beautifully in Adventurine - truffle - wood combo but in all other combos it sometimes seems to me to look anachronistic.

You're right. The old sport-tex seats had a tendency to stain and I'm pleased to say that I've not had the same problem with the version. The fabric I think, is of higher quality and will def. be harder wearing.

How were you able to get the red stitching?
