Just heard from my dealer that the base can't be sold until after 1/24. Mine is currently already enroute but will be sitting in purgatory somewhere between SF and PECLA until it's approved for delivery.
Allegedly I can't lock in and confirm my euro delivery date yet with PCNA because the base C4 is not yet certified in the US for sale. Hope for good news soon

Normally I don't revisit older threads, but I just received a note from my SA that the base for sale date has been pushed up from 2/14 to 1/20. He also mentioned that PECLA won't be taking any deliveries whatsoever in March, so it's sounding like I will need to cross my fingers in hopes that I'm able to grab a timeslot in Feb for delivery.
I was told the same thing last week. 1/20 on sale date instead of 2/14 for the base car. Hopefully mine is here on 1/20. Been sitting at the docks in San Diego since 11/21.

God bless you for revisiting an old post and informing the uninformed

Thank you for letting us know! Glad to hear some good news for a change.
Edit: Track your Dream App has also been updated to reflect the 24th for delivery. Fingers crossed.
