Not sure about all the changes listed on the post, but if you look at the PCCB on the 992 Turbo mules you can see they e been upgraded, which I would think would appear on the GT3 as well.

There is no point in worrying about the performance aspects of the car because its guaranteed to be better than the 991.2 which was already at a deep level of diminishing returns.
What matters to me is whether or not Porsche will be able to build a focused drivers car and track oriented machine out of what is mainly now a techno overload, why?, why?, why?, luxury car interior.
The 992 is loaded with piano black trim, a haptic console, touchscreen based everything and a cluster that's main purpose is to display driver aide and navigation information and I seriously doubt any of that will be getting a major makeover for GT car duty.

The car will be mega cool...but at the current sizing of the cars...I'd rather have a GT car by definition than a new Porsche GT car by designation...and go find a stellar 997.2 GT3 or gt3rs! Granted, a PDK GT3 touring would be pretty damn fun...though not sure I'd give up the low end torque of the normal 3.0tt (I know, sacrilege).

Personally, I prefer the instant and insane torque of an electric performance car for most daily driving. My Tesla Model 3 performance has 495 ft lbs of low end and all end torque available instantly, which is far more torque than the 3.0 turbo Porsches! (And it's instant!) Great car for daily driving.
However, for weekend fun nothing beats an NA Porsche GT car.

Dealers never seem to know this information as well as connected people on Rennlist. Still think Geneva 2020 is likely. When is the last GT3 that wasn't announced at Geneva? Both 991.1 and 991.2 GT3 were announced at Geneva.
