Traded my AMG GT R in September for this 992 C4s. The AMG was a serious performer and, no doubt, a great weapon but it was the right car for me. I had been thinking about getting back to a 911 after selling my 991.2 last year and luckily I found this from a dealer’s inventory which is about 90% of how I’d spec mine if I was making a factory order. Simply couldn’t resist anymore. It’s just feels so right getting back behind a 911’s wheel. 100% satisfied with my decision. Since it’s a AWD I’ve also purchased a set of Porsche 992 19/20 inch winter set and will be driving this as much as I can throughout the year.
Went apple-picking and farm market shopping
Out for a drive in light rain by Canada/USA border with my recently installed winter tire/wheel

I also sold my 2016 AMG GTS and am placing an order this week. I just cant seem to stay away from Porsche.

Hi from Bordeaux, France! Well here is my new arrival... my 911 N°13 (first one in 1973). Just in time for my 73rd birthday (November 14th)
A 992 Turbo S, in Night Blue, loaded with delicacies such as glass roof, PSE (of course), 360° cameras all round (sorry I do not know whether
you have a specific term for this, nose lift and Burmester.
Not to mention the incredible power... I had a 991.1 Turbo S, before my 992 Carrera S... but this 650hp monster is in a league of its own...
I am tiptoeing around this engine, fellows... it is scary !!!
Delivery day: Twelvy is the Carrara White Carrera S, and Midnight is the Night Blue Turbo S

997 USA thank you very much. You made the right choice, my U.S. friend!! I owned 997 Turbo and 991 Turbo S,
and thjs one is even more impressive ! You sure can look forward to it, because it is one special car, trust me.
Midnight is my thirteenth 911 , I bought the first one in 1973, so I have had most generations... and cannot quite comprehend how they manage to make it
better and better... every time.
Thanks for the lovely timing of your message... as tomorrow 14th November is my 73rd birthday, and I am over the moon about this
new Turbo S, the best birthday present one can wish for !!!! (pictures: 1-the look on my face says it all // 2-my full Porsche history)

Jean-Louis, congratulations, on your birthday AND the 992 TTS!! Seems we have a similar taste in cars I recently came out of a 991.2 Turbo (in Night Blue), a 991.1 S in Silver, a 997.2 4S in Midnight Blue, and a 997.1 base in Silver.... The 992.1 TTS will be my first Turbo S, and my 5th 911.
Thanks for posting.. Enjoy your birthday, and I wish you to have many more healthy years of driving! Salud.
