After a few years in the wilderness driving Audi RS3s and an RS6, I've recently got back into a 992 Carrera 4S in Carmine Red. WOW! What a car, I swear Porsche have a special deal on gravity, this thing holds the road like nothing I've ever driven
I'd previously had a 997 C4S, Cayenne, 987S, and a 996 C4. It's great to be back!
I am a bit late but here are some pictures of my aventurine green 992 - Carrera S that was delivered in December.
I opted for
the Truffle brown interior with chalk stitching and full leather interior
metal sun roof
lift front axle
sport chrono package
alcantara headlines
leather sunvisors
Classic rimms
Bose stereo
Exterior pack Aluminium
Foldable mirrors
electric 14-ways sport seats
heated seats
Lane change assists
... and some other smaller stuff like automatic windcreen wipers and 90 L fuel tank ...
Really enjoying this one as a daile driver :-)
I am and will be posting more pictures (also pics of my 1977 - 911S) on Instagram: @octane992
Cheers and happy driving !
Beautiful. My AG is due to arrive in early November 2020. This color......wow. Crazy how its chameleon like and looks so different from one photo to the next. I've second guessed my choices on many options but color never being one of them.
I love the spec of your car. Can you share more pics of it? It looks really good.
Sure! It's been a pretty popular look. These shots were taken just before I ran Watkins Glen in a DE, which is why it has numbers on it. Lots of drivers walked through my garage to check it out, mainly because they liked the black/aurum combo, but I'm sure partly because it was the only 992 at the event.
Came back from the shop after having full body PPF, window tint, spacers installed, white side markers, lower lip wrapped in matte black vinyl and matte PPF.
