Love it! This is the color I'm leaning towards (albeit on a coupe). Would prefer Mexico Blue, but don't want the additional time and tariff of PTS. I know MB is not super popular, and that it will be worse for resale, but as others have said, buy a car for yourself not for the next owner.

Just placed a deposit on this C2S Cabriolet, sight unseen - Didn't realise it had a brown roof as most of the pictures from the original ad were with the roof down. 150 miles on the clock and an 11% discount makes me think I can live with it
I pick it up next week - Hoping it grows on me - thoughts? (Pictures are from saleman's mobile phone so not great but gives you an idea..)
A decent chandler will have a boat canopy dye/treatment that will (with careful application) work. I’ve turned a blue canopy black before, and brought many old car hoods back from the dead with a canopy dye/reviver.
You could DIY but it’s probably smarter to get a pro-shop to do it (either a car shop or a boat canopy maker) in order to avoid uneven patches or overlap lines.
End result should be nearly indistinguishable from factory black. Periodic refresh with the renovator will be needed if you keep it outside but it’s not an onerous job once it’s done first time - like waxing a car after washing.
