I agree, the stone guard speedster look works well esp white / black. As well,
this specific area gets pelted by road rash more than the rest of the car. I’m getting them installed but how will that look on white with aurum wheels ? The black may be a bit odd.

I don’t have good pics at all but I took delivery nearly a month ago, so I felt like I needed to pop in and post a few. My car moved very quickly from the factory to Emden and got on the Felicity Ace almost immediately. But then it sat at the Port of Houston from 8/20 to late September as a result of the TPMS module/chip shortage. I’m an experienced detailer, so I had the dealer not touch it at all and took it home DIRTY with all the factory protection still on, including the seat covers and the driver door panel cover. Then I spent 6 days doing decon and polishing just to pre-prep it to go to the very best Houston-area shop for more prep and decon followed by full Xpel PPF, tint, ceramic and Exoshield. It was there for another 10 days. And that’s where it is again now, having a few touch-up items addressed and the film on one panel replaced. I should have it back tomorrow and finally get to enjoy it. But in the few miles I’ve driven it thus far…WOW, what a machine! I loved my 991.2 C2S but this thing is on another level. It’s also the first car that I’ve ever custom ordered and watched as it went through the manufacturing and shipping process, so that was fun.

It’s a 2022 and I was thoughtful with the options but ended up laying them on pretty thick. I hope to keep this one for a long time. The chalk deviated seat centers were the last thing I added the day before lock and I’m so glad that I did! They really make the interior pop, especially given that I went with no sunroof. Porsche code PNWNHXU6

Yes the interior does pop. Congrats on the car and finally receiving it. It is so much different than the 991 but also the same as other 911's. Has it in the DNA! . Enjoy it.

We have very similar specs. Looks wise at least.

With respect to the front, I hated the base front at first and was luke warm with the sport design front. i thought the sport design front bumper looked too much like a 991.2 turbo so made the 992 front end look a bit last gen to me. As time went on, the standard 992 front end grew on me and I also like the active aero function.

Ultimately, I just think the car looks better w/ side skirts regardless of what front/rear bumper you have. Note how it seems to line up perfectly w/ the front bumper in the picture below? I also think the side skirts complete the aero pkg for the lucky few who were able to spec it.

That is an absolutely stunning spec. The red really goes well with those wheels. And I agree on all accounts with the front and rear sport design and the aerokit and the skirts. My only issue with the aerokit (and not sure I would have wanted it though it looks great) is that it forces the high rear plate notch on you. That said, I opted to forego the skirts, though they were not that much, simply because I felt they weren't as necessary on a darker color like my Gentian Blue.

Regardless, your 992 is gorgeous.

Thanks! Yep, I'm hoping to really enjoy this one, which is why I had it wrapped. First time I've ever done that, and the reason I did is so that I'm not afraid to drive my car and really enjoy it. My 991.2 was a garage queen because I was afraid to take it out and get a rock chip.

Yes, we do. And to be honest, it was your car that inspired me to add the deviated seat centers. I have no sunroof on this one and had already added the chalk belts to lighten things up a bit; then I decided to pull the trigger on the seat centers after seeing yours. I'm so glad I did! They look fantastic and are also a nice change from the countless black interiors I've had.

I think my only regret, and isn't a big one is not doing the chalk belts. Though I do like the red belts on say a white or chalk exterior better. I'm fine with the standard, but the contrasting belts look great. Suncoast has them but it is a crazy expensive after the fact upgrade.

Don’t regret it, and certainly don’t spend a bunch of money for the swap. I like mine but the first thing my SA mentioned when I was taking delivery was to try to always grab the belt handle because if you grab the belt, it will get stained over time. I was like “why didn’t you tell me this before now?”. Anyway, I’m extremely clean and am not worried about it at all but I’d make long-term wear a consideration before ordering light belts again.

Brought her home Wednesday night... Chasing renderings and configurator pictures for months but the reality just hits so much differently!

Did you have the front sport lip spoiler painted white or did it come that way?
Looks like you just got the side skirts and not the sport front and back bumper kit. The combination that you got looks really nice
