I have to say tho for me the only way to eat deep dish is immediately and straight from Uno/Due/Lou's high temp pizza ovens...even take out 10 minutes later pales in comparison!
Pretty much the same for thin (Aurelio's my favorite)...nothing like pizza straight from those specialized ovens!
I live for leftovers but not so much pizza for this reason...
PS, for Roman style with authentic dough try Bar Cargo next time in city...pretty awesome and very similar to za I've had in Italy/Rome!
