Visors are annoying - especially the huge stickers - even in my $300K TTS, it has cheap plastic visors. Leather everywhere else. I use Sun Visor Solutions. They have fabric patches that stick over the stickers. Their fabrics are for Audi but I can usually find a close match for other car brand's fabric.

One of my cars’ is racetex and the other is leather. I unfortunately don’t have the fabric or textured visors that come stock. With the materials I have I’m hesitant to do the 90% alcohol trick as well.
No, My 911 visors are plastic and they do not have a plastic cover. Somebody should make one, I would buy it. I have matched them on Audi (obviously) and I found one that is close to Land Rover. I wish they also made one in Alcantera, but they do not. You can order samples of the cloth they offer for around $5, this makes it easier to match.
The price for European leather 911 visors is just too much for me. I can get the Euro visors in Alcantera for my X5M for $750, which seems more reasonable and is something I am will to spend.
