It looks like there is confusion between the hood protector and the frunk storage liner
Yeah, I found the frunk storage liner but I want the hood protector. I don’t think they have it yet for the 992. Years ago I bought one for my Cayman from another company but can’t remember who it was.
Here’s a link to the brand and model. I don’t know if it’s anything special, however. It does appear to be the best auto film this company makes and it was the best the installer carried:
How did the dot matrix turn out? I've been on the fence because of it.
don't let it deter you.. that's the last thing some one is going to walk up to your car and nitpick about trust me .. move over you can't really see it unless you are a couple inches from the car

Yeah you're probably right, but if I could get it looking like the pictures above that would be nice!

It turned out fine. The silvering is there, but relatively minimal IRL - I think the effect is accentuated in pics more than reality. With the door open you see no silvering. With it closed, at just the right angle, you can see some silvering but it's not offensive. Pics do accentuate it more than reality, I think. I'm really weird about stuff like this and it honestly is not an issue for me -- if you can live with the routine silvering that you get on the back glass and side light windows, then it's not a big deal.
Percentage tint will matter -- darker than 35% will make it more obvious.

Ok awesome, thanks! I've seen pictures where it looked pretty bad.
Just picked up new 4K dashcam, that gives me a project for the weekend. Oh, and a new keychain when I stopped in at the dealer to swap my frunk storage bin for the correct one.
