Hey everyone, we have them online and available to order. Big shipment on the way after our initial stock sold out in a matter of days.

Just like always, an absolute must have upgrade on a US spec 911

Can you post before and after pics at night? I would be interested in ordering them but can't tell the difference.

I don't have the car with me for a day or two, when I get back, certainly.

the main difference is during the day. The lenses are orange on US spec cars. Everything dark grey in that pic is bright orange. see the recent pics in the delivery thread of the miami blue car (which would very much benefit from these).

So it appears that 992 parts are starting to become available? I am waiting on the driver's side knee pad, part# 992-863-909-C-A11 - any idea on availability?

On the configurator, it appears the newer 992s are coming with this upgrade already. Anybody getting recent new deliveries that can confirm either way?

THX!

The configurator (and Porsche's imagery) has always shown the clear side markers as far as I remember.

What seanhaus said. US spec cars always come with the amber lens.

This dealership video was recently posted:

All the cars seem to have the LED side markers, and unlikely the dealer went ahead and replaced all of them . . .

my 992c2s just came in with amber, which I actually kind of like against the chalk paint!

I don’t disagree with you about the dealer replacing, but of the 3 US spec Porsche’s that I’ve purchased, all have had amber side markers. Fairly certain that it is/was a legal requirement here.

They probably come with the ambers, but I wanted to be sure before I ordered the clears from Suncoast, as they they charge to return items (and zero returns on electrical, which I don't know if this'd qualify). Have a growing pile of stuff for my C2S when it arrives in May . . .

Assume these steps are for the driver's side marker (reverse left/right directions for the other side):
  1. Looking directly at the marker (helps to have dry hands for this) slide the marker to the right (towards the front wheel). It is a spring clip, so it will slide back if you let go (so don't let go).
  2. While the marker is slid to the right, push the right side of the marker away from you (towards the car) - the left side of the marker should be coming out rather easily at this point (you may have to grab it with your other hand and pull a little)
  3. Once the left side of the marker is free, the whole thing should come out rather easily.
  4. Using a flathead screwdriver, move up the clip securing the wire from the car to the marker.
To insert marker:
  1. Attach wire & clip
  2. Put the right side of the marker in first
  3. Slide marker to the right (as in step 1 from removing it)
  4. Push left side in. If you're sliding the marker to the right, it shouldn't require too much force.
