lease numbers on 992?

Some quick excel guessing using my formula with interest and comparing to what the configurator advertises as a lease payment (all 36mo/10k miles):
- If residual is 50%, then interest is ~7% (MF .0029)
- If residual is 60%, then interest is ~22% (MF .0091)
60% residual seems right, but then for the numbers to match up they would have to be charging an astronomical interest rate.
Of course, these are off the configurator and could vary wildly depending on location.

Based on the calculator from Park Place a 36 month lease is MORE per month than financing for 60 months.

Residual or MF is terrible, not sure which it is. But a 2300/month lease on a 150k car seems outrageous.

I went to a dealer today to get an estimate on 922 and he said mf's are so bad that 120-140k MSRP is hitting $2200+. He said he is hoping that US Bank starts offering leases on 911's as they are referring people to US Bank for Macan's as they are half the price of PFS

I looked at a 2020 Macan S with MSRP around $80,000 and the lease was about $1,400 (CAD)/36 months. BMW X3 4.0i was $400 less/month for the same MSRP. I’ve concluded if I want a Porsche, just pay cash.

I've never leased a car before, always purchased. However, for tax purposes (business), I'm looking to lease an expensive car, not a 992 but the new Audi RS6 Avant. Sticker is similar to a 992 @ ~ $130k. That said, what would be a decent lease number and how do you calculate good vs bad. Sorry if this may be a remedial question but I'd assume it fits this thread as it is a similar MSRP. lets say 10-12k miles/yr.

Leasing only make sense for tax purposes (write-off under business expense). Such as: monthly payment, down payment, gas, maintenance, insurance, mileage deduction for all business miles driven.
Otherwise its horrible and silly to lease.

yup those were my thoughts. Im self employed and I run the lease through my business. I agree, terrible lease #'s. A base carrera from 2019 with 9-10K down was 1600/month so for a car that in my opinion is far superior it was worth it for me.

I do not know the the residual or the interest rate.... So that is why I ask the question, what would be a "good/expected" rate in a vehicle with a $130 ticket. It is a vague question so I'm asking number wise because the residual, interest rate etc.. is not available, at this point.

It would be 100% business related and expensed as such on my company.
