The 911 is so good at being a car that it's just silly not to daily drive it.

Adds character. If you're really paranoid about it, you could always get PPF. Or just get to know Dr ColorChip if you want to fix the chips.
It comes with the territory of driving a lower car.

Yes, that’s the 19/20 winter wheel set. I am very happy with them. The PCM even includes a setting to indicate that you are running 19/20 wheels. 👍

Funny how things evolve. I like your wheels (and I'd do the same if I lived in a cold climate) but they just look small on the car. And yet they are 19/20" which is by no means a small set at all.

My 993 is on 18"s and they look bigger since the car is so much tinier than the 992.

Default 992 DD

I’m getting my 992 C2S back tomorrow - PPF, K40 ( a must for me !) and winter wheels. Same 19/20”
set up and maybe it looks a smidge small - I agree. But ... I really rather have some meat in the sidewalks for the winter. Too many blown 20” tires last winter from NY potholes.
I have gold wheels otherwise and it’s killing me to put them away for the winter.
18’s look sweet on the 993.
Ive got 18’s on my 964 but will move back to 16 or maybe 17 tops.
Drive your 911 everyday please. it’s what it’s for.

I just ordered a 992 Carrera S and plan to daily drive it. I drive 120-150 miles per day, 4 days per week, so I rack up a lot of miles. My current DD is a Golf R and it is at 19 months old and I turned 49k today. Every other car I go nice, then I get reminded people don't like cars with miles on them! But I sure have fun in the meantime!

I drive a 100 mile round trip commute 4 days per week. I currently daily drive a 2003 540i with 130,000 miles on her. Not sure how much money I'll get for the car, but the Porsche will be my only vehicle and will see the full range of duties including road trips , commute, grocery runs , ECT

@DMDSpag I had the exact same car for 10 years and put 160,000 miles on the clock. Drove it everywhere and everyday. Put snows on it in the winter and never had an issue getting up a hill or hauling *** down a highway. I ended up giving it to a veterans charity which they auctioned off for like $2500. Took it as a tax right off and goodwill. Later saw a restoration done on it which sold it for $8000.

Was my favorite car up to the day I drove my 16 C4S. Which now has daily duties.
