Looking at the last front on picture, it looks like the front plate holder mounts below the bumper cover, i.e. to the black area. Is that correct? That'd make a difference I think for many people in the US.

I really love your build and am becoming a fan of the 992 design. I also like the black calipers. Had them custom done on my car as well.
